The Transformation Experience
8 - Targeting

Time and Reality

Happy Day! 🥳

About this lesson

“Today is my favorite day. Yesterday, when it was tomorrow was too much day for me.”

-Winnie the Pooh

By now, you should know what you want.

Not vaguely.

Clearly.

When you think about it, you feel awe.

When you window shop it, you feel flow.

You’ve added sensory detail — sight, sound, touch, taste, smell. You’ve made it real enough that your nervous system recognizes it as plausible.

Now we add the final disruption.

We crush time.

Like Winnie the Pooh casually saying, “What day is it?” and deciding it’s always today — we collapse tomorrow into now.

Instead of imagining what will happen, you imagine what has already happened.

This is the secret ingredient of Intentions that work.

Here’s the shift:

You stop projecting forward.

You assume arrival.

You think, speak, and feel as if the dream has already materialized.

Not delusion.

Not denial.

Calibration.

If you are a hyperdimensional being — and all modern physics suggests reality is not limited to simple linear experience — then your relationship to time is not as fixed as you were taught.

You don’t need to master the equations.

You don’t need to understand quantum field theory any more than you need to understand plasma physics to turn on a television.

You just need to use the principle.

Science increasingly suggests that:

The past and the future are not neatly separated.
They influence each other.
Observation affects outcome.
Expectation alters probability.

There are interpretations of physics where future boundary conditions influence present behavior.

Let that sink in.

If the “you” five minutes from now makes a decision… does that decision subtly reorganize the “you” of ten minutes ago?

Are past and future part of a loop rather than a line?

Many physicists are comfortable saying yes — at least mathematically.

You don’t have to resolve the metaphysics.

ust consider the implication:

If you consistently embody the version of you for whom the dream is complete, your present reorganizes to remove contradiction.

When you crush time:

You don’t hope.
You don’t wait.
You don’t beg.

You assume.

You behave as the future self now.

And when awe + flow + collapsed time converge, something extraordinary happens:

Momentum accelerates.

You stop chasing reality.

Reality starts catching up with you.

In the clip below, listen carefully to the statements about time and causality.

Digest them slowly.

Because once you truly internalize that the past and future may be entangled, you stop living as if you are stuck.

And you begin living as if you are choosing.

For the next 24 hours, step away.

No analysis.
No planning.
No forcing.

Go into nature.

As Winnie the Pooh wisely said:

“Doing nothing often leads to the very best kind of something.”

This is not laziness.
This is integration.

Take your dream with you.

Sit with it quietly.

Let awe rise again.

Decide where you will “window shop” — dealerships, symposiums, galleries, travel destinations, biographies, theatres, restaurants, exhibitions. Map it loosely in your mind.

But most importantly:

Feel it.

Feeling is everything.

Imagine not the striving… but the arrival.

Smell the air of that life.
Taste the food.
Feel the fabrics.
Hear the tone of your voice in that version of you.

This is the emotional signature we will use to set your Intention.

An Intention is not a wish.

It is not a fridge-door affirmation.

An Intention is an awe-inspired dream infused with commitment.

And commitment creates natural flow through time into your present.

What we are deriving is not a sentence.

It is a state.

Neville Goddard expressed this beautifully:

“Control of the subconscious is accomplished through control of your ideas and feelings.”

He reminds us that the subconscious does not respond to logic. It responds to feeling.

It does not require something to be “true.”
It requires it to be felt.

He said:

“The subconscious contemplates a feeling as a fact existing within itself and on this assumption proceeds to give expression to it.”

Read that carefully.

Feeling precedes form.

Ideas are impressed on the subconscious through feeling.

No idea — no matter how brilliant — takes root until it is felt.

And once it is deeply felt, it seeks expression.

That means discipline matters.

If you rehearse fear, doubt, resentment — those too will seek expression.

So the question becomes:

How do you want to feel daily?

Success?
Recognition?
Freedom?
Confidence?
Joy?
Peace?
Power?

Choose deliberately.

Now here’s the subtle but powerful twist:

Don’t imagine the moment your dream comes true.

Imagine the day after.

Where are you?
How do you wake up?
What does it feel like in your body?
How do you celebrate?
How do you carry yourself?

The day after is calmer.

More integrated.

More real.

That is the frequency we want.

So now go.

Find a tree.
Find a beach.
Find a patch of sky between buildings.

Sit.

Feel the future you — now.

Let that emotional state settle into your nervous system as familiar.

No forcing.

Just feeling.

And when you can feel it naturally, without strain, you are ready to set Intentions that move.
